Personal reflection of the competence:
The Northeastern Annex project has included engineers, architects, builders, bankers, investors, consultants and many other professionals. All these efforts were undertaken to meet a need in the community for more affordable housing. It is a fact that many seniors do not have a decent place to live and places to rent are not affordable on the income they receive. This project will help to satisfy that kind of need for at least 185 senior citizens. They will be able to live in a brand new apartment with all the comforts of a good home and also be exposed to various activities and programs specifically designed for seniors and offered right there at the Annex.
