Personal reflection of the competence:
The doctoral program workshop on Blue Oceans Theory pointed out that it involves strategic development and execution. In the conference we have determined that tithe income was not sufficient to take care of all the financial needs so we embarked on an “air rights projects.” Over the next several years this will enable the Conference to leverage its assets, namely buildings, to generate income for the church and be better able to provide on going services and assistance to the many facets of the church and its mission.
