Build systems of management of the administrative processes and of the intellectual capital through the use of proper tools for the development of an organizational culture of quality.
Personal reflection of the competence:
The Quality Management workshop during the course work of this doctoral program focused on application of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The northeastern conference needs to develop a culture of quality. The KPIs of the conference are not well established and need to be in order for it to grow. It is unfortunate that most conferences do not focus on providing quality services to its constituencies and this needs to change.
