Develop research projects to generate, integrate and apply new knowledge in the discipline field using relevant theories and methodologies in an objective manner, being ethical, responsible and honest.
Personal reflection of the competence:
This PhD program requires an extensive research project in a specific area of investigation. My focus of investigation was on the factors that predict or influence worker performance or productivity in the Northeastern Conference of SDA. The Conference for many years has suffered from low productivity and performance by many workers and I thought it would be good to investigate and present results in a formal way so it could perhaps help future administrators and leaders not only in the Northeastern Conference but also throughout the world wide Seventh day Adventist organization.
