tools for the development of an organizational culture of quality.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal reflection of the competence:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Quality Management workshop during the course work of this doctoral program focused on application of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).&nbsp; The northeastern conference needs to develop a culture of quality.&nbsp; The KPIs of the conference are not well established and need to be in order for it to grow.&nbsp; It is unfortunate that most conferences do not focus on providing quality services to its constituencies and this
